James Howard

Legal Strategist and Director

Mr. Howard brings an incredibly diverse and deep understanding of technology and communications from a legal perspective. He graduated from Queens College with a B.A. 1974, and from Fordham University Law School, J.D. 1977. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and a member of the National Bar Association. Mr. Howard is also a member of the Delaware Valley Computer Lawyers Group.

Mr. Howard's career spans over 40 years and includes: Instructor Computer Programming and Systems Design, Counsel Trenholm State Junior College, Montgomery Alabama, 1965 - 1966; Computer Programmer and Systems Analyst, Chilewich Corporation, New York, 1967 - 1970; Senior Systems Analyst, New York City Housing and Preservation Department, 1970 - 1974; Attorney and Computer Systems Designer for VERA Institute of Justice, New York, 1974 - 1978; Systems Analyst, Network Division, New York Telephone, 1978 - 1979; Contracts Administrator, North Eastern Region, AT&T General Business Systems, Oakton, Virginia, 1979 - 1990; Information Technology Contracts Attorney and Information Technology Consultant, New York, 1991 - Present.
