James Howard

Legal Strategist and Director

Mr. Howard brings an incredibly diverse and deep understanding of technology and communications from a legal perspective. He graduated from Queens College with a B.A. 1974, and from Fordham University Law School, J.D. 1977. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and a member of the National Bar Association. Mr. Howard is also a member of the Delaware Valley Computer Lawyers Group.
