Google Docs now allows you to upload PDF files to store them online. You can view uploaded PDFs right in your browser, and determine who else should have access.

How to access what's new:
Sign in to Google Docs and click 'Upload' to locate and upload a PDF. To share an uploaded PDF from your document list, select the PDF and click 'Share' to specify who should have access.

Google Web Security for Enterprise, powered by Postini, provides real-time malware protection and URL filtering with policy enforcement and reporting. An additional feature extends the same protections to users working remotely on laptops in hotels, cafes, and even guest networks without requiring any action on their part.
